Our assignments range from planning and brainstorm meetings, using the AIR-OPERA® method, to larger strategy processes, using foresight and scenario methods. We work with several business clusters on strategy and development, and run several courses for the Icelandic Export Council aimed at developing businesses and cooperation for export. Other services include Web-surveys, Benchmarking analysis and event management. We are a small organization, but we have a good network of associates and specialists to solve both large and complicated projects.
