Netspor is a business consultancy specializing in Strategy and Project management. Using a wide range of tools and methods we assist companies and organizations in the private and public sectors. Our assignments range from planning and brainstorm meetings, using the AIR-OPERA® method, to larger strategy processes, using foresight and scenario methods.
We work with several business clusters on strategy and development, and run several courses for the Icelandic Export Council aimed at developing businesses and cooperation for export.
Other services include PR and lobbyism, Web-surveys, Benchmarking analysis and event management.
We are a small organization, but we have a good network of associates and specialists to solve both large and complicated projects.
Netspor was established in 1999, and our list of customers covers most fields of business and government. The biggest part of our projects are within tourism, environment, IT companies, sports and recreation and business development/clusters.
